Whether you’re an experienced entrepreneur or taking your first steps into franchising, our training and support are designed to set you up for success:

Leadership Toolkit Certificate

Start your training with a strong foundation by completing the Edible® Franchise Entrepreneurial Leadership Toolkit Certificate Program, hosted and accredited by Babson College. This program will equip you with essential entrepreneurial skills and insights, setting you up for long-term success.

Comprehensive Follow-Up Training 

After completing the certificate program, you'll move on to in-depth training highlighting best practices and proven strategies for success. You’ll also get to know our e-commerce platform, built to boost sales and support you and your managers. With over 25 years of experience as Edible Arrangements®, our training is built on a legacy of excellence in the gifting industry.

Five-Day Hands-On Training 

You'll then learn how to deliver the Edible® experience by traveling to one of our corporate stores to complete five days of hands-on training with a certified manager or field training expert. During this immersive experience, you'll master creating our signature fresh fruit arrangements, dessert boards, bakeshop items, and floral designs while perfecting the WOW customer experience. 

Expert Marketing

As an Edible® franchise owner, you'll benefit from Studio E, our in-house agency handling national campaigns, PR, social media, email marketing, loyalty programs, and in-store sales materials. You'll also participate in marketing workshops and training sessions and have access to an easy-to-use marketing portal to learn and execute local marketing for your store.

Ongoing Support for the Future

Our support doesn’t end after your initial training. You'll benefit from ongoing guidance provided by our regional directors and operations managers, ensuring you're set up for success at every stage of your journey.
